Privacy policy

WA Web Plus is designed as a local-first browser extension for the browser chat workspace. This page explains the core privacy model used by the website and extension.

Local-firstBrowser storageExport by user
1
Browser workspace

Extension settings, templates, tags, reminders, and workspace data are designed for browser-side use.

2
Billing identity

Login, payment, and subscription state are handled through ExtensionPay.

3
User exports

Export, backup, and report files are created on your device and saved by your browser.

Core principle

WA Web Plus is built to work inside the user’s browser environment. Customer conversation data is intended to stay local unless the user explicitly exports or downloads it.

Data we may process

  • Extension settings, local workspace data, templates, tags, reminders, and scheduled actions stored in the browser.
  • Deleted-message history captured after the feature is enabled, stored locally for Settings review and cleanup.
  • Billing and account identity handled through ExtensionPay for login, payment, and subscription management.
  • Support emails or troubleshooting details you send directly to support.

Billing and authentication

Login, payment, and subscription status are handled through ExtensionPay. WA Web Plus may store the resulting account state locally in the extension so features can be unlocked correctly.

Deleted-message history

When enabled, WA Web Plus may keep a local browser-side history of captured deleted messages so you can review them in Settings. This data is intended to stay on your device and can be cleared from the extension UI.

Support communication

If you contact support, we may use the details you share, such as your billing email, screenshots, or issue description, only to troubleshoot, respond, and resolve your request.
