If you are evaluating WA Plus, start with the trial and pricing flow in the extension. If you are an existing customer, use the same payment email to log in and restore access.

Billing and login

Use your original payment email through the in-extension login flow. This is the primary path for existing users.

Manual support activation

Only use support activation if WA Plus support explicitly gives you a manual key. It is not the normal customer path.

Suggested support checklist

Include the email you used for trial or payment.
Describe the exact screen or action that failed.
Include screenshots when reporting UI problems.
For manual activation, include the WhatsApp number the license should bind to.
