These terms govern your use of the WA Plus website, extension, and related paid or trial access.

Service scope

WA Plus is a browser extension that adds workflow, organization, and messaging tools around WhatsApp Web.

Accounts and subscriptions

Access to trial and paid plans is managed through ExtensionPay. Users are responsible for using the same billing email for login and access restoration.

Acceptable use

Users are responsible for complying with WhatsApp policies, local laws, customer consent requirements, and safe messaging practices.

Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation and billing management should be completed through the account and billing path provided inside the extension. Refund requests, if any, are handled through WA Plus support and may be reviewed based on account history, billing state, and usage context.

Manual activation

Support-issued activation keys are intended only for exceptional support or offline settlement cases and may be bound to a specific WhatsApp number.

Availability and changes

WA Plus may evolve over time. Features, plan structure, pricing presentation, or support flows may change as the product is improved, updated, or maintained.
