Users are responsible for complying with platform policies, local laws, and customer consent requirements.
Paid plan access is managed through ExtensionPay and the in-extension account path.
Support can help with account, billing, and manual activation questions.
Service scope
WA Web Utils is a browser extension that helps recover chat leads, run follow-ups, and manage CRM workflows around the browser chat workspace.
Accounts and subscriptions
Access to paid plans is managed through ExtensionPay. Users are responsible for using the same billing email for login and access restoration.
Acceptable use
Users are responsible for complying with platform policies, local laws, customer consent requirements, and safe messaging practices.
Messaging and broadcasts
Bulk sender and broadcast tools are intended for legitimate customer communication. Users are responsible for recipient consent, message content, pacing, and compliance with applicable platform rules and laws.
Deleted-message history
Deleted-message history is a local browser-side feature that depends on the browser chat workspace state, browser storage, and feature settings. Users are responsible for clearing records they no longer need.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation and billing management should be completed through the account and billing path provided inside the extension. Refund requests, if any, are handled through WA Web Utils support and may be reviewed based on account history, billing state, and usage context.
Manual activation
Support-issued activation keys are intended only for exceptional support or offline settlement cases and may be bound to a specific linked chat number.
Availability and changes
WA Web Utils may evolve over time. Features, plan structure, pricing presentation, or support flows may change as the product is improved, updated, or maintained.
