WA Plus is designed as a local-first browser extension for WhatsApp Web. This page explains the core privacy model used by the website and extension.

Core principle

WA Plus is built to work inside the user’s browser environment. Customer conversation data is intended to stay local unless the user explicitly exports or downloads it.

Data we may process

• Extension settings, local workspace data, templates, tags, reminders, and scheduled actions stored in the browser.
• Billing and account identity handled through ExtensionPay for trial, login, and subscription management.
• Support emails or troubleshooting details you send directly to support.

Billing and authentication

Trials, login, and subscription status are handled through ExtensionPay. WA Plus may store the resulting account state locally in the extension so features can be unlocked correctly.

Exports and backups

If you use export, backup, or report downloads, those files are created on your device and saved by your browser.

Support communication

If you contact support, we may use the details you share, such as your billing email, screenshots, or issue description, only to troubleshoot, respond, and resolve your request.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect product, billing, operational, or legal changes. Continued use of WA Plus after updates means you accept the revised policy.
